Did I miss the master ball?
In Pokemon pearl. I have read you get it when you battle the galactic leader in the warehouse. But, when does this happen? Cause I've already been in the wareheuse and no one was there to battle, there was one guy and the rest was locked.
I currently have six gym badges, so have I missed it?
if you have been to snowpoint city and got the gym badge from there, then you travel south and exit the city, and you will come to the entrance to lake acuity, there are two galactic grunts there that wouldn't let you in before you got the gym badge, but if you have it they will let you in. you go in and you will see your rival who has just been defeated by team galactic commander jupiter, you talk to her and she goes to team galactic hq in veilstone city. you follow her there you go to the team galactic building, which is to the east of the city, you talk to the grunt outside the building and he will run off, leaving behind the storage key. now you go to the galactic storage building, which is to the west of the city and you go in and unlock the door. you have to battle your way down to the second floor of the basement, there you will find the galactic key. now you exit the storage building and go back to the galactic building and go through the door on the left. there will be a door just inside that you can use the galactic key for. you have to head up to level 4 and battle the team galactic leader cyrus. after losing to you, he gives you the master ball and tells you where to find the stolen legendary pokemon. after this team galactic commander saturn wants a rematch with you, you battle him and he will tell you how to free the legendary pokemon. it's pretty easy after this.
