what"s wrong with honda civic 99 master doorlock?

ok guys, i have a honda civic 99 coupe.yesterday out of nowhere my masterlock stop working, the switch wont lock or unlock both of the door or even open it.. i have a stock keyless entry too, it work earlier then stop. the only time it'll lock both door if i enter the key to the ignition, which out of no where started to happen. so anything that have to deal with the door opening and closing with the keyless entry or the master lock switch stop working.
yeah ive already change the batteries before the whole thing started to happen. its no the remote for sure. its the master lock in the car the doesnt work. i would click the lock when i get inside the car but it stop, even if i were to get out to press the masterlock to open the door it still wouldnt unlock, so i have to do it manually. the only time it locks both door is when i put the keys in the ignition. thanks for your help. i hope u can help me figure it out.

first thing you want to do is to replace the battery in the keyless remote. on a 10 year old remote, chances are you just have a dead battery in the remote.

do that first; if it still doesn't work, then let us know. or if you've already done that, let us know.
