1997 Mercury sable fuse box diagram ?

i am having a issues where none of the windows can be open per each door. i can only open the windows from my master switch on the drivers door. I change the master switch an lock option an still nothing .. I have notice that non of the interior lights turn on either or laps/map lights on the top towards the front window dont turn on. The only light that turns on is the light on top when i open the door. So it seems they might be connected.. I went an look on the fuse box but the fuse box cover is missing so i truly don't know what is the bad fuse. If some body can help me out where i can fine this or they can take a quick picture for me of there an email it to me at louiedoesit@hotmail.com i would appreciate it very much .. thank you ahead of time.. sound like a bad ground ,,left and right front side kick panel have a lot of ground connector try to inspect

anyway check with a test light,the pass. safety switch,which is located on the master switch

other than that you really need a wiring diagram
