back pain relief?
i walk to and from school every day, it is a really steep downhill followed by a really steep uphill there and back. and on an average day i have a 1,000 and 5,000 page A4 textbook, 5 a4 excercise books, a homework diary, 2 folders and a pe kit, aswell as a A3 tech folder and a lunchbox and drink.
i put everything i dont need in my locker during the day but i have to carry it all home again to do homework, and back the next day, if i dont take it in i get a detention, and even though i complain at school about back pain no body cares. they just say that they can't afford 2 sets of textbooks and that they have to set us homework otherwise we wont learn .
so now my back is seriously killing me i have a backpack and have it quite far up my back, not hanging down by my backside like most kids do (i do get bullied for this aswell) but now my back by my shoulders kill and i constantly have to sit with a cushion behind me when I'm at home does anyone know how to help my back! PLEASE!!
You need to get one of the backpacks that have wheels. And make sure you are walking correctly, and you should stretch before walking. Sounds silly, I know. Talk to your gym teacher. Maybe they could check you for scoliosis.
