Duffel Bag Under Armour

Will a Under Armour Duffel Bag Be acceptable for a carry on?

Im going to be traveling to florida for 4 days and don't wanna have to check a bag. I purchased a Under Armour Medium Team Duffel Bag. I plan on taking a few shirts and pants etc and have them in my duffel bag to carry on. I will be traveling Us Airways going and Continental Flying home. Can this be carried on?

It technichaly does not meet the standerd but I flew with your exact bag so I belive your will be fine. It is only marginally to big after all. I would recomend carrying something in a small bag that can fit under the seat if the bag is stuffed so that the bag does not look as big.
