I need to know this asap! It's about horse sheets.?

ok I cant decide which horse sheet I'm want to get. One says this in the description:
Brushed steel hardware
Double buckle front closure
Bias Surcingles

Hip darts tail flap and Nylon Tail Cord

I'm guessing the first one has a flap that covers the tail but has slits on each side, making it a "flap" so the horse can move his tail freely. The second one probably just has a cut-out area where the tail goes, and the tail would not be covered.
